Job Description

The City & Capital Group are currently representing a highly successful lender of commercial property finance who have retained our services in order to appoint a highly organised, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to their busy team atan exciting time.You will play a key role in ensuring projects & campaigns are delivered to exacting deadlines, and to the highest of standards. In addition the role will be integral in supporting important business relationships with key industry partners, clients and prospects.Due to this, the ideal individual is likely to have a broad marketing expertise and will be happy to run key projects covering both digital and offline channels. You will be highly organised and structured in order to manage multiple campaigns at any onetime. You will be happy working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment and at your best when working within a vibrant and forward thinking team. This job would also be ideal for an experienced Marketing Executive (or equivalent) to step up into amore challenging role in the financial services industry.Responsibilities Include (but may not be limited to):

  • PR - Building and maintaining relationships with core partners, producing industry press releases
  • Industry events marketing including producing sales collateral and organising events
  • Social Media - Producing engaging content to drive business growth on various social media channels
  • Brand Management - promoting the company brand
  • Email Marketing - overseeing the execution of all email marketing communication
  • Generally working closely with all departments, reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and monitoring expenditure and raising ideas with the senior leadership team.
As you have seen, this role is very much driving forward the broader objectives of the growing business. Independently you will work proactively on your own workload and will be heavily involved in the delivery (post strategy) and so you will also be happyto roll up your sleeves to deliver creative and innovative marketing output that drive the needs of the business.The Ideal Individual Will:
  • Be experienced across a broad range of marketing techniques & platforms
  • Have a demonstrable track record or delivering to deadlines and standards
  • Be an excellent communicator & relationship manager
  • Be strategic & commercially minded in their approach
  • Will be confident working with analytics in order to drive future strategy
  • Be at their best in a fast paced and growing environment
The basic salary on offer for this role is up to c£50/55k relevant to experience. Higher offers may well be considered for exceptional experience & talent. Salary will also be complemented by access to our clients favourable bonus scheme too, which can helpto boost annual earnings year on year.Most notably, this client operates a very strong and proven promote from within policy which has been utilised to amazing effect in recent years.It is expected that this role will grow as the company does and will give you an excellent opportunity to propel both your career standing & earnings forward within, once excellent performance is delivered.
