Joining Wilson James offers the excitement of working with diverse, vibrant clients, making for a dynamic and engaging workplace.As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to steer our marketing initiatives and drive our brand to new heights.Working in a small team, as the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and services within our marketplaces. Ideally, you will possess a strong understanding of securityand business logistics and be adept at creating targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.A typical day in the life as a Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with the companys goals and growth targets.
  • Work in partnership with our communications Manager to create and deliver external comms plans and internal stakeholder management plans to enhance the reputation of the business externally and internally.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends,insights, and customer preferences, translating findings into actionable marketing plans.
  • Create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
  • Oversee the development of creative marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, presentations, and promotional materials. Delegate creation of new collateral to internal resource, or to external supplier as required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales pursuit tools and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage and optimise the companys digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and recommending adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and media contacts to enhance brand awareness and foster strategic collaborations.
  • Coordinate and execute industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our companys expertise and expand our network.

  • The Role- Office based, working Monday - Friday, full time, 40 hours a week with flexible working hours available.
  • Salary:£50,000 - £55,000

What are we looking for
  • Proven track record in a marketing management role within the real estate, facilities management, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably within a B2B context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the UKs security and business logistics market and an understanding of facility management services would be advantageous.
