Leading global property brand seeks a strong Marketing Executive to work in either commercial or residential property markets.Based in their London based Global HQ, the Marketing & Communications team provides support and assistance for both UK and International offices, in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns.Success in this role rests on the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to demonstrate excellent stakeholder and account management skills. A desire to learn is important, as is the ambition to provide a world class service to the business.The Role:*Supporting the delivery of an annual marketing strategy and activity plan *Project managing the production of marketing collateral *Implementing marketing campaigns that involve on- and offline activities, for both B2B and B2C audiences*Managing owned social media channels and the associated content plan*Maintaining and updating web and blog content*Liaison with an in-house design Studio and external agencies, on creative projects*Promotion of research reports*Supporting with arrangements for sponsorship and events opportunities*Managing ad hoc requests and projectsThe Candidate:*A minimum of 1 year previous B2B Marketing experience within a commercial services environment.*Excellent account management skills, ensuring interaction and relationships with each stakeholder is first class *Ability to communicate plans and creative ideas effectively and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders*Strong planning and organisation skills; ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs*Methodical, with exceptional attention to detail; combined with flexibility to respond to the demands of multiple projects*Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications: including Excel and PowerPoint.
