Are you an experienced legal secretary with a passion for commercial litigation An exciting opportunity awaits you at our prestigious client, an international law firm based in the vibrant city of London. We are currently seeking a skilled legal secretaryto join their outstanding Commercial Litigation department.Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to their Commercial Litigation department, including partners and associates.- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports related to commercial litigation cases.- Assist with billing tasks using 3E/Aderant software.- Act as a liaison between clients, associates, and other internal/external stakeholders.- Handle phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries with professionalism.Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal secretary at a reputable London law firm, with a focus on commercial litigation.- Proficiency in using 3E/Aderant software for billing work.- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document preparation.- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.- Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and formatting abilities.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.- Familiarity with commercial litigation, regulations, and court processes is a plus.Benefits:- Hybrid working model, allowing flexibility and work-life balance.- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.- Exceptional working culture that promotes collaboration and personal growth.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.
