Job Description

Legal Receptionist - Corporate Experience Essential - FTC£32,000City The successful candidate MUST have proven experience in a Receptionist/Front of House role within Legal/Professional Services.A fantastic opportunity for a client-focused candidate with a can-do attitude to join an established Legal firm as a Front of House Coordinator. This role is a 14 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. The Role:

  • Greet all visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, taking coats, offering refreshments and informing the relevant person they have arrived.
  • Issue visitor badges and temporary passes
  • Direct courier deliveries
  • Provide travel details and maps to clients and staff
  • Book taxis and cars as needed
  • Maintaining meeting room set up
  • Book all meeting via the room booking system (Condeco)
  • Order refreshments and organise catering
  • Manage all calls and emails
  • Liaise with Facilities to discuss any maintenance issues
Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Front of House role within a corporate environment, ideally Legal
  • Passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Experience using a room booking system
  • Well presented, personable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to deal with people at all levels
