Job Description

The BusinessA multi award winning full service law firm, working with both private and corporate clients across all areas of law. As one of the UKs fasted growing firms this is an exciting time to be joining the company as the team continues to expand operations andoffices nationwide.The JobAs a Legal Administrator you would be working alongside the PA department and supporting various practice groups and at the same time, be exposed to various business support functions. Youll work alongside the teams both in London and Manchester, gainingfull insight into how each department operates, enabling you to provide the necessary support within the business. Based within a top law firm, within a beautiful city office, this is a great opportunity to learn from a great team and grow within the role.Responsibilities:

  • Assist with archiving and data storage
  • Processing documents in a shared inbox
  • Assisting pas with expenses, file opening and closing processes; running reports; dictations; land registry searches etc.
  • Assisting the central team with post, reception cover, catering for events, general admin, printing and bundling.
  • Competing a full range of day to day, adhoc office administration tasks.
Candidate Requirements
  • ILEX /CILEX PA Training preferrable
  • Previous office experience (ie. either reception or office admin) is advantageous
  • Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding of importance of confidentiality
