Do you have experience leading a team with direct reportsDid you begin your career as a Java Developer and transition into an SDETLead Java SDET - Cloud-based Message ArchivingSalary - up to £120k + bonus + benefitsHybrid policy - 2 days in London a weekWe are partnered with a global FinTech who provide cloud-based products to the financial industry and boast over 1200 employees across multiple offices worldwide.Theyre looking to transform the London office into their main engineering hub and require a Lead Java SDET to directly work within the code to design, develop and maintain their automation frameworks from scratch, architecture and tooling.As a Lead Java SDET you will: Build and develop Automation frameworks from scratch Have strong Java programming experience Design testing solutions across web applications, third party systems and API services using Selenium and Cucumber Lead an agile team responsible for the delivery of highly scalable and performant systemsAs the Lead Java SDET, youll drive continual improvement across the teams automation frameworks and coverage with a large focus on shift-left testing and TDD, as well as participating in coaching, road-map planning, technical leadership and line management.Tech stack: Core Java, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetess, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Spring, JMeter, JUnit, Elasticsearch, Big Data, Hadoop, Kafka and NoSQL databases.The London office (EMEA HQ) has grown from 10 to 300 over the last 2 years and is continuing to expand.
