Bank of England and Inspire People are partnering together to attract two high-calibre Lead Business Process Analysts with expert process mapping skills using BPMN to help deliver a major transformation programme, leading on Process Improvement and ProcessOperating Model work within their Technology business function. You will play a pivotal role in an organisation at the front row for the digitalisation of the financial sector and the UK economy. Up to £80k basic plus excellent benefits including a 8% cash benefits allowance, an annual bonus and a non-contributory pension. Lead Business Process Analysts will work on a critical change project that sits within the Central Services function and will be instrumental in analysing and documenting change requirements using advanced Business Analyst skills. They will communicate andchallenge both functional and technical stakeholders to elicit and remove efficiencies to improve the business processes and transform the customer experience. As this is a Lead and a stand-alone Business Process Analyst role working within a functional department,you will need to have a deep understanding of Business Process techniques including BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma and exceptional communication skills.
