Job Description

My client, one of the leaders in providing fund administration and financial reporting services is looking for Junior Compliance Officer to join their team in their London office.Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Assisting in the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, working under the direction of the Head of Compliance.
  • Conducting Worldcheck searches using the Pythagoras system.
  • Reviewing KYC files for new clients for AML purposes in line with group processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining and updating systems, database and registers to ensure all records are correct.
    • Ideal candidate will have:
  • 2 years experience working in FCA regulated financial services business.
  • Previous experience in the fund industry.
  • High level of energy and commitment and a capacity to build strong relationships.
  • High level of IT literacy with Excel and Word skills
  • University Degree or equivalent preferred.
