A prestigious US Law Firm based in the heart of the city is looking to hire a new IT Trainer to for both the European and Asian offices on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to create, implement and lead on all IT Training formultiple offices. The firm is currently working a 60:40 split in the way of agile/home working and a salary of up to £60,000 is on offer plus fantastic benefits.Responsibilities for the successful IT Trainer will include providing training in the following applications - Win10/Office 2019 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iManage, Carpe Diem, InterAction, PDF Converter, mobile devices (iPhone, Android)as well as induction training for all new joiners, familiarising users with basic aspects of Windows 10, Internet Explorer, the use of remote access connection via Citrix and the use of Tokens is also part of the core training required, training will be carriedout on a one-to-one basis at a persons desk, one-to-many basis in a dedicated training room or lunchtime demonstrations to a bigger group in a conference room or remotely for the global offices, in addition the Trainer will be the End User Word/Excel Specialist,delivering Word/Excel and iManage user support. Other duties will include from time to time being required to produce training documentation and training videos in conjunction and oversight from a US office and the User Support Manager, additionally helpingthe helpdesk team with any overflow work.Candidates must have previous IT Training experience, preferably within an international law firm, using all Microsoft Office applications, in addition to strong written, communication and organisational skills. This role will be based in London, howevermay involve regular International travel in the future. Standard hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm however flexibility around time zones is needed.
