A leading financial services organisation providing bespoke services to the top firms within the private equity and investment management marketplace is looking for an EA to the Director of the Investment Team.This is a brand new role, invented due to the extremely busy schedule of the Investment Director, who herself manages a team of 150 fund administrators, helping making her life easier both on a professional and personal basis. It is offered on a temp-permbasis but with a view to it going permanent swiftly should both parties be happy with this.Duties:- Extensive heavy diary and travel- Extensive heavy meetings and lunches- Client support; ensuring new business is booked in for meetings and lunches with the Investment Director- Support with PowerPoint presentations- Some personal support (she is the mother of a teenager and leaves the office early to be there for her child) so some administration tasks surrounding her personal life are required to support her in turn- This is a unique new role for someone with a wealth of experience to come in, carve out the role, bring their skills and knowledge and join a leading financial services firm with excellent benefits when the role goes permanent- Discretion, reliability and intuition- Fabulous officesHours: 37.5 per weekFlexible working: Monday-Thursday in the office, Fridays from home
