Job Description

The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and dynamic Asset Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to add value within the digital marketing operation function supporting the presentations team constructingthe data delivery framework to ensure product presentations are delivered to stakeholders.As the Client Reporting Data Analyst, you will need to be forward thinking, dynamic and solutions orientated to thrive in this remit that is centre stage in the evolving business and function.Key remits:

  • Responsible for set up of product data delivery
  • Providing support in delivering on the firms data strategy by establishing and maintaining processes, controls and methodologies in line with firm wide governance policies
  • Maintaining and distributing accurate data across the business
  • Proactively contributing on continuous improvement of data quality, integrity and consistency along the data supply chain
  • Monthly reporting on production & liaising with senior stakeholders to agree this
  • Support presentations team to deliver data framework within SLAs
Experience:
  • 2 - 5 years investment data experience gained in an Asset management/ Investment Banking or 3rd Party
  • Experience in client reporting
  • Data/consultancy environment
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Proactive approach, self starter and solutions orientated
  • Experience in presentations/marketing would be an advantage
  • Experience of working with Data systems and intermediate/ advanced Excel skills
