Graduate Trainee Recruitment ConsultantHedgefunds/Investment Banking Sector - £25k basic, £100k OTEOf course, £100k per year sounds too good to be true, but this is your genuine earning potential in this highly specialist Recruitment sector!The average recruitment consultant generates £150/200k a year for their employers, but the consultants at this Recruitment Consultancy all generate £1million plus in billings.This company are a boutique headhunting firm, who specialise in placing Traders into Global Investment Banks and Hedgefunds. These are seriously high earning professionals. The average salary is £1million a year and your fees are 33% of this salary. These are exceptionally complex deals and you will only complete 3-4 per year, so you will need to develop an in-depth understanding of your market.Global Financial Markets are constantly evolving and you will strive to be at the forefront of this change. You will challenge the paradigms of traditional recruitment by constantly developing new ways to add value to your clients.Understanding clients is the key to your success. You will deliver a bespoke service, tailored to match their requirements. Your search activity will be supported by this specialised, award-winning consultancy and this process has been refined to maximise your ability to introduce exceptional talent.Full training is on offer to all Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants, however applicants must have the following:

A strong degree or be an extremely dynamic 2nd jobber with commercial/sales experience

A genuine interest in working very hard to maximise your success

The capacity to learn about complex financial matters

The ability to deal at an exceptionally high level

The desire to be the absolute best in your field
