Job Description

Are you passionate about testing, programming, developing and designHave you got experience following TDD and BDD as an SDETIntermediate Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Global FinTechSalary - £60-80k + benefits packageLocation - Remote flexibility with 2 days in Central London officeA brand new opportunity has just arisen for an intermediate SDET to join a rapidly growing Global FinTech as they create products using modern technology to solve the challenging problems that arise within the global financial sector.As an intermediate SDET, you will:

  • Create, maintain and perform test automation frameworks on various application platforms
  • Build test sequences and carry out acceptance tests
  • Comply with the customers systems by investigating their problems and handling technical communications
  • Manage the quality of the products as they are released at the final stage
You will be a brilliant Intermediate SDET if you:
  • Understand test methodologies and their corresponding tools
  • Have extensive experience with Java as a programming language
  • Can recognise risks and errors that arise in applications
  • Have commercial experience with Microservices, Big Data (Hadoop, Kafka), Spring, Multithreading and Public Cloud Technology (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure).
The London office (EMEA HQ) has grown from 10 to 300 over the last 2 years and is continuing to expand.
