Human Capital Partners are working with a blue-chip Healthcare business based in London. They seek an experienced and hard-working HR generalist to join their HR team as Human Resource Business Partner on an interim basis 3-6 months.The HRBP will be experienced in their field, CIPD qualified and educated to degree level or equivalent. Candidates will have previous experience of working within a a large complex organisation. Candidates will also be highly communicative and be able to develop strong working relations with different levels of the organisation.The HRBP will have various responsibilities across the organisation and will expect to work closely with the Chief People Officer and help them to develop and effectively implement HR strategies. They will be expected to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Additional to this, the HRPB will liaise with employees and provide ongoing support to the management team.They will also attend monthly meetings and provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees. The HRBP will have a strategic mindset and strive to continuously look for new ways to improve HR policies, whilst simultaneously ensuring that policies are effectively applied across different departments.
