Job Description

Trainee/Graduate Headhunter WantedLooking for a new career opportunity after graduating this summer SW6 Associates is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to start immediately as a trainee/graduate recruitment consultant. No prior experience required.As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will work in a fast-paced environment that rewards your hard work. The role involves networking, headhunting candidates, preparing clients for interviews, and closing offers. You can expect to earn up to £40,000 inyour first year.Key Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Driven to achieve personal and team targets.
  • Career ambition.
  • A degree is preferred but not essential.
  • Sales or commercial experience.
  • Well-organised.
  • Money-motivated.
