Job Description

Our client is looking for someone to payroll department for a 9 month fixed term contract, ideally looking for someone to start in April, hybrid working.Main duties include:

  • Organise tasks and resources to ensure the timely, efficient, and accurate payment of payroll to UK employees.
  • Liaise with colleagues to resolve payroll queries and problems. Identifying root causes and developing short-term and long-term solutions as required to improve UK payroll processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all employer payroll related compliance forms for example P11ds, P60s & PSAs
  • Collect and review UK payroll changes on monthly basis.
  • Reconcile payroll records and underlying financial records on a timely basis and follow-up and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Additional ad-hoc reporting as and when required.
  • Administrative support assisting with filing and completing of company paperwork. This mainly revolves around liaising with 3rd party subject matter experts on what needs to be signed by whom. Then administration of getting signed and returned.
