  • Have a strong academic background (2:2 or above at University, As and Bs at A level)

  • Are articulate, outgoing and highly financially motivated
  • Can work effectively within a team
  • Sales experience isnt required but is preferred

  • Obtain job requirements from clients
  • Negotiate terms with clients
  • Gaining new business from external companies
  • Review candidates CVs from ads posted and referrals
  • Conduct interviews
  • Shortlist and sell candidates to your clients
  • Proactively source new clients
  • Headhunt candidates
    • Day-to-Day Activities of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
  • Selling, negotiating, persuading candidates and clients on daily basis
  • Working new leads to generate additional business from clients
  • Gathering detailed job specs from clients
  • Consultatively matching candidates to specific job requirements
  • Advertising and attracting candidates
  • Working throughout global financial markets, including Asia, Europe, and the USA
  • Meeting clients on regular basis--aiding in their hiring process
