TRAINEE/GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTSalary: £25,000 basic and OTE of £40,000 year 1, OTE £60,000 year 2, OTE £80,000 year 3.Location: LondonThe Client Over two decades, my client has grown into one of the top IT Recruitment firms in the city with an impressive array of clients. The Role (my clients expectations)

To fully understand the recruitment lifecycle- from candidate search and selection, lead generation, to pitching, winning and writing new business.
Integrate well into the team.
To have hit your target and made your first high achievers "Lunch Club"
To have fully understood the technology you recruit for and present to the Company your knowledge
Demonstrate understanding of professional selling skills -show your ability to sell exclusivity/meetings/interview slots to candidates.
Demonstrate an understanding of their own business and have the ability to be able to forecast results/understand future recruitment plans of their clients.
Conduct effective negotiations with candidates and clients
