Job Description

People Group are currently looking for a multi-skilled engineer on a permanent basis. The role is a foot-mobile engineer role based in Central London.Role -Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer.Foot Mobile.The Client -My client started as a Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance and Installation specialist, the company has now grown to include other specialist divisions such as Drainage, Electrical and Building Fabric. With over 80 employees working in the business, currentlymaintain over 240 buildings including 9 static sites across London and the South of England.Responsibilities -

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assets to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • To ensure maintenance is carried out to the highest standard and report any follow-up actions to the relevant manager/supervisor/helpdesk.
  • To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety of work areas and report any areas of concern to relevant manager/supervisor.
  • Ensure the company vehicle (should this form part of your role) is clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times, reflecting the companys commitment to professionalism and quality service. Complete regular vehicle inspection reports in conjunction withcompany fleet administrator.
  • Present a professional image on-site, adhering to the company dress code and wearing the appropriate workwear.
  • Work safely and responsibly, always adhering to the company’s safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications - Either Electrical OR Mechanical qualified -
  • City and Guilds electrically qualified.
  • City & Guilds - Electrical Installation 2360 Part 1 & 2 along with AM2.
  • City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition.
  • Mechanical Engineering City & Guilds NVQ level 2&3.
  • Plumbing and heating NVQ level 2.
