Financial Accountant

My client, A leading bank, is seeking a proficient Accountant to join our esteemed finance team.   • Execute daily accounting operations with precision, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for the Head Office and regulatory authorities, upholding the bank’s reputation for reliability and transparency.
  • Analyze management information to provide strategic insights, supporting the bank’s decision-making processes and financial stability.
  • Manage and oversee financial accounts, including expenses and cash flow, to maintain the bank’s fiscal integrity.
  • Reconcile financial accounts diligently, ensuring all transactions are accurately captured and reflected in the bank’s records.
  • Engage in the management of company assets and contribute to special projects, demonstrating initiative and alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Maintain organized and compliant transaction records, adhering to the bank’s high standards of governance and documentation.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as required, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach to the bank’s evolving needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, providing a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • ACCA or ACA qualification,signifying a commitment to professional development and excellence.
  • Relevant experience in the finance and accounting sector, with a preference for experience in banking or practice
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, essential for managing complex financial data.
  • Fluent bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English, essential for effective collaboration within a global banking institution.
