Job Description

Finance Systems Analyst (Oracle Fusion) | Global Law Firm | Permanent | Hybrid| City of London| Up to £75,000 + BonusThis client operates on a hybridworking model with 2-3 days aweekbeing onsite in the City of LondonThis role will support implementing Oracle Fusion and Target Operating Model as part of a finance transformation programme. This role will consist of project and BAU work, some of the responsibilities will include-

  • First Line Support: Prioritize, plan, and execute fixes/enhancements, providing initial support.
  • Collaboration with Third Parties: Work with external parties for complex system fixes/enhancements.
  • Metrics and Issue Management: Maintain system performance metrics and manage issue resolution.
  • Change Management Documentation: Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • System Upgrades and Training: Support system upgrades and provide regular training on new features/products.
  • Oracle Fusion Reporting and Configuration: Design non-standard Finance reports from Oracle Fusion using OTBI, build detailed knowledge of Fusion configuration, and support data extraction/migration, including finance-related data.
Skills and Experience:
  • Acting as the primary support for Oracle Fusion Core Finance systems, liaising between internal IT teams and external parties.
  • Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Core Finance and Order Management modules, encompassing testing, training, integrations, and data migration (minimum 2 years).
  • Proficient in stakeholder management at both junior and senior levels
