Job Description

Finance Business Partner - London/hybrid - Competitive salary, bonus & benefitsMy client, a global healthcare company based in Central London, is looking to recruit an Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will be the finance lead for new product launches, product cost analysis and one of the business units. This position demands an individual with a strong financial acumen who can demonstratestrong business partnering skills and manage one direct report.Key responsibilities:

  • Finance lead and business partner for new product launches partnering with the VP, Product and their direct reports and responsible for ensuring financial rigor across the lead to launch process
  • Responsible for financial reporting, tracking and forecasting of new product launches
  • Responsible for financial evaluation of business case templates and post investment appraisals and validation of key modelling assumptions
  • Provision of insight and analysis into Product Cost erosion working with Commercial and analytics team to enhance Net erosion reporting
  • Finance lead for a business unit, working with Finance Analyst to provide reporting and forecasting across full P&L
  • Through strong collaboration with Commercial and Product team provide key inputs and insights into the monthly reporting and budget and forecasting cycles
  • Identify and evaluate trends to establish and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Leverage technology and best practices to drive overall process improvements and efficiencies
Key skills:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
  • Financial modelling and P&L experience
  • Strong understanding of Accounting fundamentals
  • Experienced in complex financial analysis
  • Highly motivated self-starter, ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Senior Leaders providing insight and challenge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organise, manage, and prioritise multiple deliverables with a high attention to detail
