Your Responsibilities: As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Executive Search, your role will be dynamic and varied, including tasks such as:
  • Actively networking to discover new candidate prospects.
  • Skillfully headhunting potential candidates.
  • Evaluating and identifying promising CVs.
  • Creating compelling job advertisements.
  • Coordinating candidate interviews and guiding them through the process.
  • Successfully closing job offers.
  • Earning competitive commissions.
The Package:
  • Location: London
  • 1st Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): £25,000 (basic salary) - £40,000
  • 2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000
  • 3rd Year OTE: £70,000 - £100,000
