Job Description

Permanent - Full TimeWe are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join us at our London Wall office in London, providing an exceptional service to our three Executive Directors and one Regional Managing Director.About the RoleJoining us in this key role, you will support the work of Morgan Sindall Property Services at the most senior level. You will manage and facilitate the day-to-day support to the Executive team and running of the office, ensuring the business maintains aprofessional approach to our customers, staff and other teams within the Morgan Sindall Group.Organising and scheduling meetings, you will be accountable for effective diary management, travel arrangements and accommodation, along with meeting preparation, minute taking and distribution of all supporting documentation. You will also be required togreet visitors, day to day office management and providing general clerical support as and when required.About YouCandidates will have experience operating within a fast-paced environment, having initiative, the ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise to deliver high quality, accurate work, often to challenging deadlines and most important, supporting at Directorlevel.A strong communicator and team player, used to working with a wide variety of stakeholders, with solid IT competency across all Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Outlook and the management of multiple diaries and email inboxes. You must have a highstandard of English, both written and verbal and have a clear and confident manner, with the ability to liaise effectively with various internal teams and external clients.Benefits
