Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a prestigious legal 100 firm based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work directly with the partners in the team to independently run acaseload and develop your own client base.Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of employment law experience including dealing with unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, whistle-blowing claims, TUPE; Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation (including in insolvency situations); redundancy; general advisory;and advising on senior executive exits (desired but not essential).
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Experience in handling a caseload of employment law matters
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
