Reed HR are looking to recruit a HR Consultant - Employee Relations focused on a permanent basis.Core Purpose of the roleTo provide an outstanding customer focused HR service to a variety of stakeholders in a fast paced, friendly, and supportive manner. To provide consistent, comprehensive, pragmatic HR advice and support to leaders in accordance with best practice, organisationalpolicies and employment legislation.Your Accountabilities:Be at the forefront of providing a comprehensive and professional service to the leaders and colleagues, ensuring that advice given complies with HR best practice and employment legislation and fosters good employee relations to improve colleague experience.Manage an assigned employee relations case load, including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases, working proactively with leaders to agree outcomes and propose recommendations, ensuring that risks are efficiently managed.Build strong, credible, and visible relationships with leaders and be viewed as a trusted advisor. Therefore, an ability to build good working relationships and provide a timely and responsive service is pivotal.Support the Senior HR Business Partners with the delivery of organizational and operational projects.Providing training and coaching to leaders both proactively and as individual needs arise.Support delivery of specific People Strategy initiatives and projects.Advocate an early intervention approach. Including using coaching and mediation skills to work with leaders and colleagues to avoid the need for formal processes.Please note this role is ER focused, our clients will only look at cvs that are ER focused.
