Job Description

Our client, a boutique, creative, construction firm based near Moorgate is looking for an outstanding, multi-talented EA to support their Managing Director.The role requires an experienced Executive Assistant to be the ears and eyes on the ground and work in tandem with the MD as the business moves forward.The right candidate

  • 8 years + of experience in roles across EA and Office Management
  • Ability to confidently lead and people manage when requires
  • Able to take responsibility and be a strong gate-keeper to the MD
  • A strong team player and able to pitch in when and where required to support others
Role requirements:
  • Email/diary management for MD
  • Weekly reporting
  • Plan, and manage internal meetings for the team
  • Travel planning
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team when needed
  • General office management when required
