Job Description

Do you have experience in financial services and the prevention of money laundering, and are you seeking a new job in London Twenty84 is helping a financial services firm find a full-time Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (DMLRO), and the role comeswith an attractive salary of up to £110,000 p/a, plus bonus and benefits package including healthcare, share scheme, onsite gym and personal trainer.As a Deputy MLRO, you will identify areas of money laundering risk and devise and launch initiatives to counter those risks. You will also identify AML regulatory change and adapt the company AML programme to accommodate.In this DMLRO role, you can expect to:

  • Identify areas of money laundering risk; devise and launch initiatives to counter those risks
  • Assess the firms regulatory exposure and make recommendations to the business
  • Work closely with the local MLROs in European offices on regulatory matters
  • Delivery of compliance projects such as financial crime / AML policy improvements, licensing in new jurisdictions, and improving transaction monitoring systems
  • Manage high risk escalations from the CDD and EDD teams
To apply for this DMLRO role, you will need an excellent understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and JMLSG from a senior financial crime prevention role within financial services.
