Job Description

Digital Marketing Director - £60kThe client is a luxury investment company, now seeking to hire a highly experienced Digital Marketing Director.The aim of the role will be to lead the development of the clients overarching and evolving marketing and sales plans.You will be responsible for managing and developing all paid digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on utilising your skills and experience to directly grow the clients visibility, leads, results and turnover.The ideal candidate will be an expert and specialist in paid search marketing,This is a full-time permanent opportunity, paying up to £60k basic salaryDuring your probation period of 6 months, you will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week & hybrid thereafter.Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the company directors, you will lead the overall paid marketing strategy to deliver against key sales and revenue objectives. These will be focused on reach, acquisition, retention and engagement across the different revenue streams
  • Developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy that builds brand equity, brings in new customers and deepens loyalty with existing ones
  • Running multi-channel campaigns which include paid digital channels (PPC, social, SEO) as well as email marketing
  • Expertly use key software and systems to consistently deliver results, including but not limited to Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHRefs and Hubspot CRM
  • Consistently monitor and optimise your KPIs and the elements that impact them, using the data and analytics to critique your current strategy and create test and learn plans that will inform the future strategic direction of your campaigns, balancing innovationagainst current performance
  • Managing the relationship and performance of any external marketing agencies engaged by the company. Where necessary, help in the procurement and assessment of new external partners.
The Person
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director with a minimum of 10 years working in a marketing management role.
  • Commercially orientated B2C marketing leader with a proven track record in combining strategic thinking with exemplary execution skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and CMS management platforms, particularly Hubspot CRM, Webflow and Wordpress.
  • Highly adept with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush and AHRefs
  • Exceptional grasp of the English language in both written and verbal form
  • High proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with both short and long-term priorities along with changing daily demands
