Job Description

Job title: Data and Compliance OfficerDuration: 9-12 Month Maternity cover contractPart time: 25 hrsMonday - Friday 9:30am - 2:30pmStart: ASAPSalary: c£18,000 (£30,000 FTE)TPP Recruitment is seeking the skills and knowledge of an experienced Data and Compliance Officer who has worked within the recruitment industry. This is a 9 - 12 month maternity contract, where you will be working within TPP’s support team, providing administrative,compliance and data support to consultants across multiple recruitment teams. TPP have been established for 27 years and are REC Audit Gold Standard accredited so your purpose will be to maintain these high standards while reporting into the Director of Financeand Central Support.This is an opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional support team here at TPP where you will use your knowledge and experience within compliance, administration, data, and GDPR/information management and keeping TPP’s processes and CRM updated.This will be a hybrid, part time role working 25 hours across the week, working Monday to Friday with access to our London office, use daily or once a week, your choice.Key duties will involve the following:Recruitment Compliance & Sales Support

  • Assist the consultants with ensuring that all candidates, temporary, contract and permanent, are fully compliant
  • Work with the team to ensure smooth running of Screening platform
  • Follow up on any incomplete Screening background checks (Temp)
  • Overall responsibility for audits on all temporary workers including RTW checks
  • Completion of DBS applications and keep consultants updated on progress
  • Assist with ad hoc requests to support consultants with administration tasks to support the recruitment process
  • Manage and process bespoke compliance required for PSL clients
  • Assist with Equal ops diversity monitoring for clients on an ad hoc basis
  • Processing compliance for temps working through their own Personal Services Company with sign off by Director of Finance and Central Support
  • Manage unsubscribe requests including DD unsubscribes - download and unsub along with the ones that come in to the inbox
  • Weekly Holiday pay reminder - temp booking ending in that current week
Data management/GDPR
  • Processing deletions, Subject Access Requests
  • Working knowledge and general understanding of GDPR in line with data protection and processing across the recruitment process
General
  • Answering reception main line/Overflow and fielding calls and proactively directing clients/candidates in the most appropriate manner
  • Monitor the Central Support inbox and deal with requests
  • Staying updated with compliance relevant to Conduct Regulations/Data protection & Right to Work
  • Various administrative tasks using our CRM system

Essential:You will have previous recruitment compliance and admin support experience, including reference checking, RTW checks, DBS applications, data management and audits.
