Our consultants are considerably more cost-effective than traditionalconsultancies and can go on to join our clients permanent workforce, protecting valuable IP.Consultant Success Managers (CSM) are pivotal to the support Kubrick provides to its consultants whilst on their first client placement and focus heavily on developing strong relationships with those consultants to ensure they have a smooth journey throughout.CSMs are first in line to understand placement sentiment amongst consultants, determining how consultant development is progressing throughout their time on client site and also career coaching them towards the end of their time with Kubrick. CSMs reportdirectly into Principal Success Managers but work closely with the client account team too.Key Responsibilities:
