Job Description

We have already hired and developed over 900 next-generation technology professionalsin the 5 years since our inception and supported over 90 industry-leading organisations in the UK, with our first US office opening last year.Our disruptive business model is simple: we hire brilliant minds, train them for 15 weeks in our Labs, then deploy them to our clients to help deliver revolutionary data, AI, and cloud projects. Our consultants are considerably more cost-effective than traditionalconsultancies and can go on to join our clients permanent workforce, protecting valuable IP.Consultant Success Managers (CSM) are pivotal to the support Kubrick provides to its consultants whilst on their first client placement and focus heavily on developing strong relationships with those consultants to ensure they have a smooth journey throughout.CSMs are first in line to understand placement sentiment amongst consultants, determining how consultant development is progressing throughout their time on client site and also career coaching them towards the end of their time with Kubrick. CSMs reportdirectly into Principal Success Managers but work closely with the client account team too.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with all consultants on placement within your client portfolio, through regular engagement, coaching, mentoring and by providing practical guidance and support
  • Be a first point of contact for consultants for any concerns during their time on client site
  • Support the Principal Success Manager (PSM) in building strong client relationships and building Kubricks understanding of the client organisation structure, tech usage and business model
  • Collaborate with the relevant members of the Client Account Team to ensure that consultant and clients needs are met accurately
  • Ensure all CSM deliverables are executed on time e.g. completion of consultant meetings, ensuring timesheets are submitted timely
  • Escalating relevant placement issues to the PSM in a timely fashion
  • Continually seek to deliver efficiencies and increase effectiveness in how the Success Team operates
  • Seek to identify placement opportunities within existing clients - sharing information regarding clients and placements with the PSM and relevant Client Account Manager
About You:
  • Experience managing a team or working as a Team Lead/Mentor within a reasonably-sized company with demonstrable experience:
  • Managing direct reports
  • Organising and tracking processes
  • Proven people and relationship building skills to deliver value
  • A logical mind that likes to solve problems and can act autonomously when needed
  • The ability to build rapport, trust, and instil confidence
  • A passion for providing high quality outcomes and solutions
  • Adaptability to be both commercial minded and empathetic when necessary
