Highly successful US law firm in City offices is looking to hire a new Conflicts Analyst to join the growing firm on a permanent basis. The role will work 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely, with a salary to £60,000+ and an exceptionally generousbonus plus lots of available overtime should you be keen.Conflicts Analyst duties will include:• Evaluate information obtained from partners and practice coordinators through the Intapp Open intake system for accuracy and completeness • Research entities using a variety of internal and third-party resources • Conduct comprehensive client due diligenceand sanction checks on potential new clients and new matters • Prepare and conduct conflict searches on the Firm’s databases • Generate new business conflict reports and conflict reports related to lateral hiring to aid more senior Conflict Analysts, ConflictAttorneys and Conflicts Counsel with conflict resolutions • Analyse search results in accordance with the appropriate ethical rules and Firm policies and ensure that all necessary information is obtained so that an accurate search can be completed • Provideexcellent customer service to all levels of Firm constituents regarding the conflict clearance process • Participate in the testing and review of new software systems • Assist with department projects and special requests as assignedThe successful Conflicts Analyst must have previous conflicts experience within a law firm, strong analytical, organisational and written skills, a strong knowledge of working on systems and excellent Microsoft Office experience. Standard hours are 9.30am– 5.30pm.
