Compliance Senior Associate / Manager - InsureTech - £43-60k + pension, life insurance, bonus, 25+ days holiday, study packageExcellent opportunity to further develop your compliance experience or move into a more Compliance focussed role: Thriving compliance consultancy based in the City is looking for a Compliance Senior Associate / Manager to join their team due to continued growth and be responsible for delivering compliance solutions to their General Insurance Special Projects clients predominantly in the InsureTech space, at the Manager level this will include managing projects and client relationships. Travel to UK clients will be 20% of the role.This Consultancy has fantastic City based offices and highly values the training and development of its employees including supporting studies.Responsibilities (Initially as a Senior Associate with a senior colleague but on transition to Manager within 3-6 months undertaking these responsibilities independently):* Creating compliance frameworks tailored to clients circumstances and structure* Assisting with drafting/overseeing applications for FCA authorisation and variations of permission* Undertaking audits and drafting audit reports and recommendations* Drafting and delivering client training* Providing technical consultancy advice to clients* Identifying client requirements and proposing consultancy solutions* Creating project plans and delivering to the client on time and on budget* Providing consultancy support (both remote and onsite)* Maintaining up to date knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including (but not limited to) Financial Crime Prevention, Conflicts of Interest, Complaints, ICOBS and CONC, SYSC and Training and CompetenceTo apply for this role you will either need a general compliance background in the Insurance space or you will work in Insurance as an Underwriter or in a claims / delegated authority team and now wish to move into a more compliance focussed role which will offer huge scope and exposure and great career development opportunities.
