Job Description

This role will report to the Head of Compliance for the UK and support across all compliance matters. You will assist in team management and deputise for the team head when needed. Strong, generalist compliance experience within a UCITS environment is required.Key responsibilities

  • Provides a key support to the business by providing compliance advisory
  • Assists in delivering a detailed risk based Compliance Monitoring programme
  • Review and approve financial promotions material for institutional investors
  • Monitor and assist int he implementation of regulatory developments related to the UCITS fund
  • Managerial responsibility for junior members of the team
Key requirements
  • Strong knowledge of UCITS regulations (Luxembourg)
  • Strong knowledge of financial promotion rules and cross border marketing requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant UK and EU regulations and compliance principles
  • Experience of fund management business in UK or Europe
  • Familiarity with equity products
