The successful candidate will be responsible for updating quotation forms,conducting compliance checks for company names and directors, and dispatching pre-renewal correspondence in a timely fashion.Candidates will utilise their organisational skills to update renewal changes and use received terms to assemble renewals for client review. A proactive approach is required to chase clients for renewal instructions and instruct insurers to incept cover bythe renewal date.Additionally, the role encompasses conducting Mid Term Adjustments (MTAs) with precision, addressing changes such as contract works, declared value amendments, and updates on unoccupancy, tenants, loss of rent, and service charge to both insurers and clients.The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of various insurance products, including Real Estate, Receivers Real Estate, Directors & Officers, Engineering Inspections/Insurance, and more.
