Job Description

A dynamic, medium-sized property consultancy, renowned for its exceptional service in the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors, is actively seeking a talented Chartered Building Surveyor to join their London team.This consultancy excels in delivering top-notch solutions and has a strong presence in the heart of the capital, handling a diverse range of projects including external, internal, and refurbishments, with contract administration values up to £2M.The successful Building Surveyors Role

  • Managing both external and internal refurbishment projects.
  • Carrying out licenses to alteration, technical due dilignence and partywall/neighbouly matters.
  • Skilfully handling contract administration duties, showcasing your expertise and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team, contributing to the dynamic and innovative culture of the practice.
  • Engaging directly with clients, providing professional advice and maintaining strong relationships.
The successful Building Surveyor will have
  • RICS Chartered status (MRICS), ensuring a high level of professional competence.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the commercial, retail, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent contract administration skills and techincal knowledge.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
