This boutique litigation specialist law firm new to the City with a strong private and corporate client following are looking to hire a Junior Business Development Manager to support on firmwide BD and marketing initiatives. This is a truly unique opportunityto join a firm very much on the ascension in both the City and international legal arenas. The firm will offer the Junior Business Development Managera generous salary of up to £60,000 DOE and benefits as well as an agile working policy of 3 days in the office,2 days from home.Junior Business Development Managerwould be working with the BD Director and the Events Coordinator and will have direct Partner liaison, assisting in the development and implementation of strategic business development plans focused on client development,profile raising and revenue generation by coordinating and tracking the partners and groups efforts and ensuring deadlines are met.Given their progressive growth and ambitious plans they would also really like a FTC BD exec or senior exec while they look as it may take a little while and the department is busy.Candidates will be educated to degree level and currently operating in a Senior Business Development Executive or Junior Business Development Managerposition handling a broad range of BD and marketing initiatives in an international City law firm environment.Strong writing and editorial skills, CRM systems experience (InterAction preferred) and an engaging and flexible approach or also essential.
