As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities* Analysing and documenting business requirements.* Gathering and interpreting data to identify process improvement opportunities* Collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement effective business strategies* Participating in the design and development of process improvement projects* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines* Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions* Providing support in the implementation and monitoring of change management initiativesThe ideal candidate should possess the following key skills:* Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance/ Reinsurance industry.* Knowledge of Ceded Re/ Outwards reinsurance
