Job Description

Purpose:The purpose of the Business Administration/Operations Team Leader role is to ensure the successful day to day operations and administrationof the business. This role sits at the heart of our clients organisation and helps create an engaging culture forthe team of 50+ people and deliver exceptional work for clients.The successful candidate will be a passionate, positive individual with a “can do” attitude and have the ability to quickly develop trusted relationships with stakeholders. We have a preference for this position to be office-based given the central importanceto the team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for leading and managing all aspects of business operations in line with our clientsvision, culture and values.
  • Responsible for operational processes, collaboratively seeking feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Responsible for the continual development of systems including their HR system (IRIS) and new knowledge management system.
  • To lead and manage one other member of staff, supporting their continuous personal and professional development.
  • To support Directors’ diaries, travel and accommodation, conferences and training requests.
  • Accountable for the performance and cost of all external suppliers that provide operational services to Momentum; ensuring we get value for money.
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of external audits such as QMS.
  • To set up a variety of meetings with agendas, develop presentation slides, take minutes, follow up actions.
  • To project manage all business and social events throughout the year.
  • Other ad hoc duties.
Skills, Competencies and AttributesEssential:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software and information systems
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and manage highly confidential information.
  • Excellent organisational, team management and communication skills.
  • Proactive with a “can do” positive attitude.
Extra Marks:
  • Previous experience with SharePoint implementation & delivery
  • Audit Co-Ordination experience
  • A track record of running events
