Job Description

  • AWD IT Support Engineer
  • London - Hybrid working
  • 6 month contract - will extend further.
  • Inside of IR35
We have an exciting opportunity available for an IT Support Analyst to join the IT team supporting the Private Bank. You will be supporting the AWD system which is an Image and Workflow solution provided by our client and our third party to support theirCustomers. This role will work in a team providing BAU and Change support for the AWD system, investigating and resolving issues raised by end users and delivering change as required. The difference youll make
  • We are planning an upgrade to AWD and you will become the overall AWD subject matter expert.
  • You will drive the change process, from process mapping, through design and data analysis to development, testing and deployment of the AWD changes. These changes will make a real difference for our colleagues, improving the customer experience.
  • You will be key in identifying & appropriately addressing risks and issues.
What youll bring:
  • Strong IT analyst experience supporting and delivering changes to the AWD application.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces.
  • Excellent analytical and modelling skills, analytical mindset, evidence-based approach.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritising appropriately
  • Strong communication (oral and written) & interpersonal skills
