Job Description

Totum Partners is recruiting for an Assistant Legal Cashier Position at a global law firm known for its progressive business approach and collaborative work culture.Role Highlights:

  • Post Counsel and Expert Fees.
  • Manage foreign supplier invoices
  • Handle credit card transactions
  • Assist in reconciliation processes
  • Monitor and clear residual client balances
  • Conduct client interest calculations and post entries
  • Manage the Cashiers inbox
  • Receipt and banking of Office and Client account cheques
  • Collaborate with the firms international offices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in Cashiers, Finance, or Legal environments
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows-based packages
  • Excellent numeracy skills and clear communication, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
