Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career with an established professional services firm, joining them as an Admin Assistant with client facing elements. The role will be based in their Central London office, working as part of the Accountingand Business Advisory team. The company have a hybrid working model, with 3 daysbased in office supporting the project coordinator and the rest working from home.The Role:

  • Scheduling meeting for a variety of stakeholders including clients
  • Billing and proceeding expenses
  • Supporting on various projects
  • Dealing with ad hoc request from the team such as filing and dictation
  • Ensure enquiries and issues are appropriately delegated and resolved effectively
  • Preparing reports
  • Comprehensive diary management
  • Prepare logistical arrangements for meetings such as, accommodation, conference calls and hospitality
About You:
  • The ideal candidate would have 6 months to a years experience in an office administrative role, but this is not essential
  • Have a good working knowledge of all the Microsoft packages, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Have strong communication skills with a confident and enthusiastic personality
  • Be able to produce high quality work quickly but with a strong attention to detail
  • Be proactive in delivering a high-quality service to the Accounting and Business Advisory team by managing your own workload in an organised and efficient way.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team aiming to provide a seamless service to the firm and clients.
