Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established, award winning architectural practice based in Chorley, who are looking to grow their forward thinking team. Our client are seeking an ambitious Senior ArchitecturalTechnician / Technologist, who has a keen eye for detail and prides them self in the quality of service they provide. Our clients ethos, not only revolves around the quality of projects they provide, they also highlight the importance of both their clientsand colleagues visions, wellbeing and aspirations.The successful Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist with be given the opportunity to work on a variety of small to large scale projects, from inception through to completion within the Educational, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial sectors.With our client being a Revit using practice, software experience is ideal but not essential, our client are happy to provide their colleagues with software training. Our client offers excellent hybrid working policy, we would therefore encourage candidatesfurther afield to apply.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist who is keen to progress and challenge their career within a well established, employee focused company.Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview

  • Working on a variety of exciting projects within the Commercial, Educational, Healthcare and Residential sector
  • Working with Revit on a daily basis
  • Supporting the technical team as the project runner
  • Supporting the wider technical team and junior colleagues
  • Producing technical designs and detailed drawings
  • Liaise with clients
  • Work across all RIBA stages
Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements
  • Revit experience preferred
  • 5 years + UK experience within a practice or consultancy
  • Ability to form and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to support and manage a team
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages (preferred)
  • Live in a commutable distance of Chorley - Bare in mind our client have an excellent hybrid working policy
  • Experience working in either the residential, commercial, educational or healthcare sector
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration
  • Competitive salary (£38,000 - £50,000)
