A team of impartial Mortgage Advisors whose business is built on their wonderful client recommendations has a new opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor to join their team in Chorley. They provide a professional and expert advice service, searching the entire market to find a range of products that suit their customers’ individual requirements.As a Mortgage Advisor, your roles and responsibilities will include:- Conducting fact finds with new clients – either face to face or by telephone- Researching suitable products using the Trigold Prospector sourcing system- Collating client files and processing applications- Liaising with Lenders, Solicitors, Estate Agents etc. to ensure cases run smoothly to completion- Advising clients on suitable protection products- Building and maintaining relationships with introducers and clientsWe are interested in speaking to people with the below skills and experience:- CeMAP 1 - 3 or other recognised mortgage advice qualification- Good product knowledge in numerous areas of mortgage and protection advice including complex and self-employed cases- Good working knowledge of MS Office such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and experience of operating PC based client management systems- Strong diary management, organisation, and admin skills with high attention to detail- The ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with introducers and clients- Some experience as a market Mortgage Advisor is essentialThe business describes themselves as a very close-knit company and pride themselves on their incredible service standards.
