Job Description

Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a HR Administrator to work for a successful and growing business based in Chorley. the role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR and payroll function.Salary: £25K per annumWorking hours: 37.5 weekly (flexible-8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm/30 min or 1 hour lunch) Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday, flexible working - working from home (after probationary period) - expected travel to BoltonPension schemeFree car parking MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

  • To provide administrative support the HR and payroll function
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process all leaver and new starters onto People HR.
  • Update teams document of leaver and starters.
  • Prepare and send out all new starter packs.
  • Update and monitor new starter spreadsheet.
  • Process Occupational Health forms for new starters.
  • Update Occupational Health provider with leavers.
  • Schedule All Probationary Reviews with managers for new starters
  • Issue Probationary pass letters
  • Draft Contractual change letters on request.
  • Update People HR with contractual changes.
  • Acknowledgment of resignations and process
  • Note take all disciplinary and capability hearing
  • Payroll enquiries.
  • Process all maternity/paternity/adoption and shared parental leave.
  • Advertise roles.
  • Annul data cleanse
  • Employee Forum note taking - monitor actions
Projects
  • Company car drivers (including partners) and car allowance users annual licence checks
  • Long Service Award Monitoring - TBA
  • Collate all of group annual appraisal forms
  • Schedule all medical surveillance clinics for operatives.
  • Checking new starter medical declarations.
  • Monitor all clinic surveillance reports.
