This fantastic company close to Chorley is expanding and looking for an experienced Bathroom Showroom Sales Advisor. About the role: Working in a showroom based role, you will be providing a high end service to help customers in the design and sale of bathrooms. Duties will include: Greeting customers who enter the store Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for Achieving and exceeding KPIs/targets by up-selling and cross selling suitable product ranges and designs Creating suitable bathroom designs to present to customers Liaising with Major UK bathroom distribution companies Dealing with customer queries and complaints and giving suitable advice and guidance on product selection Sales order processing Processing cash and card payments Relief key holding in the absence of management Maintaining store and display appearance Skills and experience required: The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar high end bathroom sales role, used to dealing with the design and sale of premium bathrooms. A comprehensive knowledge of bathroom equipment and tiles is essential as is a knowledge of bathroom manufacturers and distributors. You must be professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport. A flexible can-do attitude is also essential. You will be comfortable working with Word, Excel and email. Experience using Virtual Worlds is essential. Occasionally you may need to be flexible to visit another site in the South Lakes area. The role involves evenings and weekends work on a rota basis.
