Job Description

Assistant Management Accountant | Hospitality | £30k-£38k plus study support | Part-qualified Accountant | Chorley | On-site A market-leader in their field with over 350 sites UK-wide, with one of the more secure financials in the country, are sourcing for an Assistant Management Accountant to bridge the gap between the Assistant Accountants and the Finance Manager. This needhas arisen due to internal progression leaving a knowledge gap within the team, ready for an ambitious and progressive individual to take advantage of.The role will focus on 3 elements of the business, the key duties being management accounting and providing analytical information to aid strategic decisions made by the Senior Leadership Team. Duties will include, and not limited to:

Balance sheet recs
Variance analysis and commentary
Revenue reports
Fixed Assets
VAT returns
Audit POC

Progression and initiative is encouraged as the business is growing and has £20m of funding available, supporting their already £200m worth of assets.Person Specification

Actively studying towards a qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
Ambitious and inquisitive
Team player - the team helps out each other and this individual will be required to contribute
