Job Description

Aministrator£20k-£21kChorleyAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a rapidly growing business based in Chorley.Working closely with the Design, Production and Manufacturing team, your duties will include:

  • Managing supplier and customer list
  • Reviewing, raising, and following up on all sales quotes for customers
  • Placing and dispatching all orders
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers
  • Responsible for the full administration of sales orders.
  • Working closely with the Financial Controller to manage, monitor and report financial performance
  • Managing all job cards up until completion
  • Responsible for all purchasing for all jobs, workshop, and general expenses
  • Ensuring stock is received and stored correctly
  • Run the weekly production meetings
  • Ensuring the sales order board is kept up to date
  • Other general administrative duties required
To be successful in this role you must have:
  • Experience working within an Administration role
  • Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office experience
  • Xero accounting software experience or equivalent
  • ERP/MRP system experience desirable but not essential
  • Good organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, written & verbal
  • Ability to work using own initiative
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads under pressure within a fast-paced office environment
Other:
  • Up to 21K
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am until 5pm
  • Flexible working hours
  • Office based
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
