Job Description

Are you an experienced Support Worker or Care Assistant, looking for a new challengeOr do you have some personal experience of supporting or enabling someone, with a great understanding of enablementWe have an opportunity to join a leading, well-regarded, independent provider of social care, who will support, mentor and train you to learn and develop in your role.We are seeking people with a relevant background either in a paid role, or personal experience, who are looking to develop within social care, for an exciting opportunity within supported accommodation, supporting people with a range of needs.The role will involve working to a shift rota, so you will need to be comfortable working flexibly and working some unsociable hours.
